do i look like i'm wearing some kind of "i don't speak japanese at all so you can make fun of me all you want and i won't know what you said, even if you laugh mockingly" sign on my head? well, i hope you know i do understand japanese, especially if it's coming from a, what, 1st grade vocabulary? hmm, i suppose i understand, in your case. since i'm walking around with a blonde-haired, blue-eyed american person, i would understand assuming that i don't speak or understand japanese. however, when you're older, i would expect you to think twice before making a statement like that. so, why would so many of you mock us? no, not just point our that we are gaijin, but point out that we are larger than everyone else? and not in height. how stereotypic! it's not like i haven't seen anyone a little plump here. 

well, besides the unpleasant, zak and i are very excited to see kyle soon. after he gets here, we're (obviously) going to a ramen shop, and soon after, bowling (so i can kick his butt at not only the wii, but real life bowling, too >:) 

today, we went to parco? pache? parche? 

please forgive my inability to memorize confusing french-in-japan terms. 

anywho, zak bought some glasses from a gangster shop called octopus army. i brought a lot of money, but didn't actually buy anything.

well, i dont have a picture, despite the fact that i brought my camera with me. 

we went into a store having a big sale, and it was really like in the movies. imagine this tiny little store crammed with dozens and dozens of people finding their way to the next worthwhile garment-and not so considerately to the other dozens and dozens of people there. 

we should've taken a picture of that.

well, i guess i caught a bit of a cold, and my head hurts now, so i'm going to get some rest (even though it's only about 6:30).

i didn't know that they had tylenol here!
