it's getting difficult to type on this japanese computer, but a lot easier to translate japanese to english. (simple phrases, of course d:) it seems like zak really likes it here, but he woke up at around 5:30. we are going to Ito Yokado (which is a word he learned!) later today. around 6am, we took a walk to the elementary school and other places around shizuoka. right now, it stopped raining, but during our walk it poured-or at least for our standards.
well, we're going to eat at a kaitenzushi (i hope i spelt that correctly) someday soon, along with eating at conoren (ramen). of course, we'll eat there a few more times once kyle comes...
some words zak learned:
『はじめまして』"hajimemashite" (pleased to meet you)
『おせわになります』"osewaninarimasu" (thank you for taking me into your care..?)
『おはよう』(i think...) "ohio" (good morning)
『おやすみ』"oyasumi" (good sleep?)
『___やさん』"___-yasan" (___-shop)
it's so much fun to type in japanese on this computer!
-美花 (i'm so cool d:) ^__^
